Alex provides tax litigation representation to commercial clients in property tax disputes and corporate franchise tax matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Alex worked for a large law firm where he litigated a wide array of matters involving medical and legal malpractice, construction defects, real estate disputes, disputes involving the Deceptive Trade Practices Act, and personal injury law. His experience also extends to the representation of franchise businesses in complex commercial disputes involving trademark infringement, trademark dilution, and copyright violations. Alex has also represented commercial businesses in the preparation, interpretation, and negotiation of partnership agreements, purchase and sale agreements, commercial contracts, and other corporate franchise-related documentation.
