With over 30 years of experience in property tax consulting and litigation, David is exclusively devoted to providing property tax litigation services to commercial property owners across the state of Texas. David has litigated scores of cases across Texas involving a wide variety of property types including office, retail, multifamily, and industrial. His practice also includes representation of clients with complex personal property issues including valuation and exemption issues. With property tax often being the single highest expense associated with a commercial property, David maintains a pragmatic approach to achieve property tax savings for his client.

Before joining Ryan Law, David held senior level roles with national consulting firms and was the global leader of property tax for a leading real estate consulting and brokerage firm. David also had his own successful law firm for the last 10 years where he enjoyed providing boutique firm experience to a wide range of clients.
