• Civil litigator and trial attorney with extensive experience in commercial real estate assessment disputes, litigating billions of dollars in property value on behalf of taxpayers. Licensed in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia.
• Clients include US Steel, Sysco, Halliburton, Lear, and QVC.  Representative tenants include Amazon, Fed-Ex, and Google.
• Recent trial victories lowering the fair market value of a property in eastern Pennsylvania by a total of $22 million dollars. And in northwestern Pennsylvania by $10 million.
• Representative reductions of $23 million and $16 million in fair market value in western Pennsylvania; $11.3 million and $15.3 million in Ohio.
• Favorable trial verdict regarding Constitutional Uniformity violations pursuant to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s decision in Valley Forge Towers Apartments N, LP v. Upper Merion Area Sch. Dist. & Keystone Realty Advisors, LLC, 163 A.3d 962 (Pa. 2017).
