Her prior role at a high-volume debt collections firm honed her ability to manage a fast-paced workload, efficiently handling an average docket of 350+ hearings per week. This skillset seamlessly translates to her current position, allowing her to excel in a demanding environment.

Jessica is known for her exceptional multitasking and efficiency, consistently aiding her team in achieving optimal results. She facilitates a range of crucial tasks, including information gathering, assistance with appeal filings, and meticulous hearing preparations. Jessica holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Paralegal Studies from Collin College, further solidifying her legal expertise.
