Ryan Law is pleased to feature our Legal Support Manager, Marissa Yarborough, based out of the firm’s Austin office. Marissa works with Transactional Tax Group Leader and Partner, Danielle Ahlrich, Partner, Lacy Leonard, and Attorneys, Brady Granger, Deborah Rao, and Victor Simonds. Additionally, Marissa leads the Austin office’s legal support team and plays a key role in driving operational efficiency.

Since joining Ryan Law in 2021, Marissa has distinguished herself through her proactive approach and strong sense of ownership. She ensures legal work progresses efficiently and thoughtfully, bringing structure, organization, and consistency to matters at all stages. 

Marissa is known for stepping into ambiguity and creating structure. She identifies opportunities to improve processes, implements streamlined systems, and strengthens coordination across attorneys and support team members—contributing to a more efficient and cohesive team environment. Her ability to prioritize effectively and follow through makes her a trusted and dependable leader.

With a strong foundation in litigation support, Marissa serves as a key link between legal and operations. She consistently takes initiative, anticipates needs, and approaches challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset. In her leadership role, Marissa oversees and develops the Austin support team, establishes clear workflows, and fosters accountability and growth within the team. She is trusted to handle sensitive matters with discretion and to navigate evolving priorities with professionalism and sound judgment.
