Ryan Law Welcomes Hastings Woolston

Ryan Law Firm, PLLC (“Ryan Law”) is proud to welcome Hastings Woolston to the Denver office.

A graduate of Columbia Law School, Hastings is an associate whose practice focuses on litigation and transactional work encompassing federal, state, and private oil and gas royalty issues, with a particular focus on advising companies in connection with the calculation, payment, and reporting of onshore and/or offshore oil and gas royalties.

Before joining Ryan Law, Hastings spent several years developing his practical knowledge of the oil and gas industry by working as a Landman in Wyoming and Colorado. During law school, Hastings continued to broaden his legal understanding of the energy industry and related fields by pursuing his study of energy regulation and environmental law and serving as a staff member of the Columbia Journal of Environmental Law.

When not providing legal services, he enjoys studying history, skiing, traveling, visiting museums, and exploring engineering challenges through conceptual design.
