Brady joins us from the U.S. Department of Justice, Tax Division in Washington, DC, where he served as a trial attorney in the Civil Trial Section. He brings over seven years of experience litigating a broad portfolio of federal tax controversy matters in U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts, including income tax, employment taxes, trust fund recovery penalties, and foreclosure of federal tax liens. Brady’s extensive hands-on litigation experience and deep knowledge of complex federal tax law will be a tremendous asset to our team.
