Ryan Law Firm, PLLC (“Ryan Law”) is proud to highlight the expertise of our Paralegal, Lisa Bond, who is stationed at our Bloomington office. Lisa collaborates closely with attorney Tom Wilhelmy and his team, providing invaluable support for Tom’s property tax appeal cases across Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Nebraska.

Lisa joined Ryan Law in 2024, bringing with her a wealth of litigation experience spanning over two decades. Seven of those years were dedicated to working alongside Tom in the realm of property tax litigation.

Lisa is renowned for her meticulous approach to preparing detailed comparison reports of commercial property appraisals. She also excels at managing the gathering, organization, and submission of data from income-producing properties to comply with Minnesota Statute 278.05 subd. 6 on an annual basis. Additionally, Lisa plays a pivotal role in preparing tax appeal cases for trial.
