Ryan Law Firm, PLLC (“Ryan Law”) proudly welcomes Alex Mazero to our Dallas office team.

Alex’s practice concentrates on tax litigation representation to commercial clients in property tax disputes and corporate franchise tax matters.

Before joining the firm, Alex worked for a large law firm where he litigated various matters involving medical and legal malpractice, construction defects, real estate disputes, disputes involving the Deceptive Trade Practices Act, and personal injury law.

His experience also extends to the representation of franchise businesses in complex commercial disputes involving trademark infringement, trademark dilution, and copyright violations. Alex has also represented commercial businesses in preparing, interpreting, and negotiating partnership agreements, purchase and sale agreements, commercial contracts, and other corporate franchise-related documentation.

Alex is an excellent addition to our team due to his diverse experience representing clients ranging from individuals to multimillion-dollar companies on a broad range of matters.
